By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Sevenly is a personal productivity application that helps users set goals, track habits, manage relationships, keep a daily journal, and plan their week. The Service is available as an Android mobile app and via any modern web browser.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@sevenlypro.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Sevenly offers the following plans:

Payments are processed by IntaSend and may be made via M-Pesa or Visa/Mastercard. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected) until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.

You retain full ownership of the content you create inside Sevenly (goals, journal entries, habits, etc.). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

All intellectual property in the Service — including the name “Sevenly”, the logo, UI design, and underlying software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevenly and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or KES 500, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
